If you have already been accepted for membership and received your Membership Document , but need a replacement document due to damage, loss, name change, spelling errors, etc., The National Scholars Honor Society will happily send replacement documents at no charge.

Printing of Awards and processing of memberships generally takes about 4 to 5 weeks. During periods of high volume and during holiday/spring break periods, Awards and member packets may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Once your name appears on the Member List area, your Award should arrive within 2 weeks. Your patience is appreciated. Occasionally, a new member may forget to forward their mail after an address change, or has submitted an error in their address, and the US Postal Service returns the award to the office with no forwarding address. If your award has not arrived after 8 weeks, please check the undeliverable list.
