This is not for new applicants or to amend applications for membership.

This area is for society members only (who have already received their Membership Document ).

Use this area to periodically update your file to remain in the scholarship eligibility pool.

Scholarship eligibility is determined for each new applicant at the time of acceptance, and is reviewed annually for as long as the member continues to update his file on an annual basis. Members may update their files at any time. Each member is responsible for updating his file to remain in the scholarship eligibility pool, but annual updates are not required to maintain membership in the society. Members may update their files by standard mail or by use of this form. Recommended update information includes current and cumulative GPA, any awards, honors, memberships, personal attributes, experiences, or accomplishments that have changed since the initial application was filed.
